At the end of the day, there is no need to cover the kilometres to find a spot combining freshness and serenity. Our campsite with a water park near Puy du Fou places at your disposal heated pools, 3 water slides, a paddling pool and a spa.
And good news, the indoor pool at our campsite near Puy du Fou welcomes you from the month of April, so you can swim whatever the weather. Please note that in July and August, the aquatic area is open from 0:00 to 20:00. Ideal for the youngest children to splash about safely, while older children and adults swim lengths or head for the spa. A real pleasure after a day at the park!
And if you would rather swim in the heart of a green or seaside setting? Find the lake or the beach of your dreams for a dream day with your feet in the water! Lac de la Tricherie and the beach at Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie are must-sees for a dip!

A campsite in Vendée with a water park made up of heated swimming pools, the outdoor pool closes on 13 September but our indoor pool is open until 28 September included!
For the 2026 season, our covered area is open and heated from 2 April until 28 September.
Our slide area is open and heated from 1 May until 13 September inclusive, and the third pool — NEW FOR 2026 — is open from mid-June until the end of August.

À quelle distance se trouve le camping du Puy du Fou ?
Notre camping se trouve à 20 kilomètres du Puy du Fou, soit une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Cette situation idéale à Vendrennes, à deux pas des Épesses et des Herbiers, vous permet d’accéder facilement au Grand Parc et à la Cinéscénie, tout en profitant d’un agréable cadre naturel au retour des spectacles.
Le camping peut-il réserver les billets pour le Puy du Fou ?
Oui, le camping réserve pour vous vos billets Grand Parc et Cinéscénie sur simple demande à l’accueil. Un vrai gain de temps, notamment en haute saison où les représentations de la Cinéscénie peuvent afficher complet plusieurs semaines à l’avance. Les animaux sont-ils admis dans les hébergements du camping ?
Les animaux ne sont pas admis dans les hébergements de notre camping, pour garantir la tranquillité et l’hygiène de toutes les locations. Les chiens tenus en laisse sont toutefois acceptés sur les emplacements nus.
Quand la piscine couverte du camping est-elle ouverte ?
Notre piscine couverte chauffée est ouverte du 2 avril au 28 septembre, soit l’intégralité de la saison du camping. Vous profitez ainsi d’une baignade dans une eau chauffée quelle que soit la météo. A noter également que l’espace toboggans est accessible du 1er mai au 13 septembre, et notre troisième bassin ouvre de mi-juin à fin août.
Peut-on arriver tard au camping après un spectacle nocturne ?
Absolument. Pour tout séjour réservé en hébergement, il est possible d’arriver après la fermeture de l’accueil : il suffit de nous prévenir lors de la réservation. En revanche, les arrivées en emplacement de camping doivent se faire pendant les horaires d’ouverture. Vous pourrez ainsi rentrer vous reposer sereinement après votre expérience au Puy du Fou.
Quelles sont les dates d’ouverture du camping proche du Puy du Fou ?
Notre camping à Vendrennes est ouvert du début avril à la fin septembre, couvrant l’intégralité de la saison d’ouverture du Puy du Fou (week-end de Pâques à fin octobre). Que vous prépariez un séjour de printemps en couple, des vacances d’été en famille ou une escapade d’arrière-saison, vous trouverez toujours un hébergement adapté à vos envies dans notre camping proche du Puy du Fou !
