Reception opening hours
In April, May, June and September : Every day from 9:00 to 12:45 and from 14:30 to 18:30
In July – August (until 30/08): Every day from 8:00 to 12:45 and from 14:30 to 19:30 (except Saturday, opening at 15:00)
For any stay booked in accommodation at the Puy du Fou campsite, it is possible to arrive after reception has closed. Simply let us know when you book and we will make the arrangements.
On a pitch, however, you do need to arrive during reception opening hours.
Arrival / Departure: On a pitch, arrival is possible from 14:30 (except on Saturdays in high season), and departure by 12:00. In accommodation, arrival is possible from 15:00 and departure by 10:00 (with flexibility until 12:00 if the accommodation is not re-let on your departure day). If the accommodation is available before 15:00, you will be able to access your pitch earlier. (Never before 14:30 in any case / except on Saturdays in high season, when reception only opens at 15:00.)
Once the accommodation keys / the barrier pass for the pitch have been returned, and therefore after 12:00, it is not possible to remain on site to use the facilities; this is for insurance reasons in the event of an accident.

Cotton bathroom linen: 9€ per kit (1 bath sheet + 1 towel)

Wifi access
You have a free Wi-Fi zone in the entertainment – catering area, you will be able to browse and check your emails freely with free but limited access of 30 minutes every 6 hours per email address, using a ticket that is issued at reception.
Simply connect to the WIFI Hotzone network, open your browser and enter www.wifi69.com in the address bar. Afterwards, choose your identification method: either by a ticket handed over at reception, or by sending an SMS.
The Wi-Fi in paid system is available across the whole site. Various solutions are available to you depending on the number of device(s) you wish to be able to connect at the same time: prices.
The connection method is the same as for the free zone.
Then choose your connection method, either by buying an access card at reception, or by buying access and paying directly online (secure payment).
You will thus be able to be independent by buying your connection tickets at any time and choosing the package you want.

You are considering a a family getaway ? Our campsite also offers you children’s bike hire, so that young and old can enjoy the two-wheeled adventure together.

You can book your bikes before you arrive. For any advance booking, please feel free to contact us!
Each bicycle is handed to you with a lock on request and a helmet on request. Booking strongly recommended. Rental is possible from 1 June to 31 August 2026.
Two routes start from the bakery car park a stone’s throw from the campsite: Château de la Noue and Parc Soubise.
Price per bicycle:
- day: €15 (adult bike) and €9 (child bike)
- week: 85€ (adult bike) 45€ (child bike)
- Baby seat: €5 per day
Included in the rental:
- Helmet
- Anti-theft
A deposit of €90 is required per bike and a deposit of €10 per helmet.
